Albums....
One of my favorite things to make. This week at TTSTV it's my turn to bring the tutorial. I call them fan fold albums and you can find the instructions here. The fun part about these albums is the fan attachment allows them to be chunky and still lay pretty flat
You can make as many pages as you want, just making sure to adjust the amount of folds.
UGH...Having trouble with lighting!! It really looks much better in person with the true colors. Does need a few more embellies but I ran out of steam, will work on it some more later lol!!
The cover was made using a Spellbinder die for the shape with a little dp lace, pearls and stitching. I love the new Roses image, beautiful and fun to color! I stamped and cut two of the larger and one small, then nestled them together and popped two up for some dimension.
I embellished each page with dps, stamps, paste, ink, lace etc.
For the inside cover I used the flowers from the Coneflower Set, sentiment from the Huge Blossom Set and under the flap I used the peacock image from the Be A ShowOff Set and sentiment from the Family Set.

Pg 2 Used images from the Friends Set and sentiment from the Today Tomorrow and Always Set
Pg 3 Used the the Hydrangea Set Image Set and the sentiment from the Welcome Poppies Set
Pg 4 Used the Keys Set and sentiment from the Coneflower Set
Pg 5 Used the Great Flowers Set and sentiment from the Today Tomorrow and Always Set
Pg 6 Used the Pocket Watches Set and Take The Time Set.
Pg 7 Used the image and sentiment from the Bring On The Sun Set and Cracked Hello Set,
Pg 8 Used images from the Camellia Set and sentiment from Wild & Free Set
Back Cover used the sentiment from the Butterfly Essence Set

New Friday Challenge
Here at Tutorial Time on Speedy TV our tutorial is brought to us BARB by this week. It is distressed Stains. Its quick and easy and gives a nice background to use instead of dps. After using a couple Tim Holtz stains I also used the same folder to emboss for some added dimension. I love the new rose image and Sterling Silver Roses are one of my favorites, so I colored it the lavender and cut it out. A couple of foam dots to pop it up and help it look a little more dimensional too. A different color combo but I like the contrast. So pop over and check out Barb's tutorial and give this one a try!

Friends of Speedy TV
Our new Challenge is to make a Joy Fold Card.
There are lots of tutorials out there if you dont know how to make one.
They are easy and so versatile. For mine I went with the aqua/turquoise
colors for my dps. I also used a SU embossing folder for the white inside
pieces. I used the flowers from the Camellia Set through out the card.
The hummer is from the Hum Along Set.
A couple stacked buttons for the closure and its done.
Easy and fun to do!

Ever done a Twisted Easel Card???
That is the Challenge this Friday at TTSTV. Our tutorial is brought us by . She has made it very easy with her great instructions. Ive made easels but not twisted, this was fun. I took my color combo from the My Minds Eye piece of dp. The edge was cut with a MS Daisy punch and the blue strip stitched on. The background was embossed with the SU honeycomb folder. The blue and image were cut out with a Spellbinder Die. The image is from the July Release Coneflowers. Faux stitching and foam dots popped up the image. The sentiment is from the Today Tomorrow and Forever Set. A blue button for the stop and there you have a fun twisted easel card!. You can find the image and lots of other great products for all your creative pieces at Mark's Finest Papers a Heinrich Co
We would be delighted to have you stop by and join in our Challenge this week.

What color combo would you pick??
In the beginning I thought is was going to be a challenge indeed but I had
fun with it once I got started.I found a
perfect grey and yellow strip in my dps and added the embossing to it.
The grey checks was cut with a Spellbinder die and the
Black Eyed Susan
image was colored and cut out.You will find this image
at Marks Finest Papers a Heinrich Co HERE along with many
more. Stop by and check out the all the Stamp Sets and the new
August Release which will start on August 12th.
. The grey and yellow border is also a Spellbinder die stitched together. A little butterfly
and sentiment completes it! Hope you will come on over and join us!

Happy Friday to you all!
I love Fridays because my work week ends And because its Tutorial Time at Speedy TV!!
Out tutorial this week is brought to us by and it is....A Secret Door Card!
This card is easy to make if you follow the tutorial instructions and amazing how
secret door forms. I have used one of the Rose Images for the July Release, Roses colored
and cut out. I also used a chipboard dressmaker form attached to the Spellbinder
Label and all attached to the belly band. Some scrap dp stitched on the front.
Now this is what you have when you open the card.
Now it opens again as you pull the pink center sections apart to reveal the secret part!
Clever little card isn't it??

Team B's Turn
Here at Tuesday Throwdown and Robyn's Fetish is our sponsor.
The Challenge is Mellow Yellow, some of you must be old enough
to remember the sixties song by Donovan ,Mellow Yellow?? Lol, thats
what I thought of when I saw the challenge theme.
what I thought of when I saw the challenge theme.
So we want to see predominately yellow on your card this week. I used
the Sunflower 2 image from Robyn's Fetish. The crackle background and
a little burlap to go with the pretty Sunflower and a card is born!
I printed the sunflowers in multiple sizes, cut them out and layered
around the Spellbinder scalloped oval. Some buttons, a sentiment
to go with the sunny little flowers and we are finished!! Come
join the fun this week, my teammates
have lots of dynamite inspiration for you!

Happy Monday All...
Hope you all had a great weekend. Our Challenge at FOSTV is a Masculine Card. Those man cards dont seem to come as easy as the more feminine one do for me. I used the Mountain Lion image from the North American Woods Set. Colored then mounted onto the burlap die cut. The background ws embossed and a burgandy scrap stitched on.A little ribbon and the tag were attached with a square brad.

It is Friday and time for a new Challenge...
Today Lis is bringing our Tutorial to us and it is to use Evaporated Milk. This give some very cool and interesting results, a rather vintage look. I used several different stamps and combined them on a card.
The crackled stamp was used with the milk. If you look closly you can see it also adds some texture.
This is a sneak peak at the Beautiful Hydrangea, one of the new August Releases.
