Thought I would share a few pics from my corner of the world. It is beautiful weather here in the Southwest desert. I spent some time weeding, trimming and just enjoying the wonderful weather. There was lots of sun and as I was working I notice the wonderful textures and shadows so grabbed the camera.
BE sure to go to the bottom as I have saved the BEST for last!!![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi-MvHdMUXEGbPbQR0EvmdnDiHwRzdwXXB1TjzRZz2p1YF7rYRvnFC4EWiK2cObga7RDaH8_ENWS0eiHqyfkxpZyhaVXMc9t3P4rNYQ5R-zn-AdBX05OIMuIFZwSByuRgAeZUl-rPbXx8c/s320/IMG_2077.jpg)
A couple sunflowers came up in the peas and their cheery faces are lifted to greet the sun.

The Hummers were twitting and diving about and suddenly I notice one flying into the tree and WOW there was a nest. Is this toooo cool of a shot of her on the little nest. It is not even as big as your thumb. Look how perfectly woven it is. My camera doesnt have a lot of zoom power so I got on a ladder to get a closer shot.
