Tutorial Time With Speedy TV # 8

This week our technique tutorial challenge is Spotlighting
by Kathy Bradley. You can find her tutorial right HERE.
My cherry blossom image is from the new Asian Delights Set
There are four new sets released this month so pop over
and check them out.
My card is made from a grey print stitched on black and the
edges distressed. After stamping my image and cutting it out
with the Spellbinder Scalloped rectangle I stamped a second
image. After punching it out with a 1" circle I  water colored
and mounted the spot lighted flower on a black circle.
I finished it off with a lavender  hand dyed ribbon.

The team has lots of wonderful inspiration for you so
hope you will stop by and join the challenge.

Here is the Stamp Set for this weeks Winner.
