Friends of Speedy TV. I don't celebrate Halloween so this isnt my favorite challenge.

 I tried to make it bright and lighthearted with the colors. I used several sets for this 

one. The image and Happy Halloween are from Im Going Batty Set, the boos and

 cat are from the What A Scream Set. I cut out a dp in a half circle and embossed 

and then stamped the black all over with the boo sentiments. The stars and purple

 were cut out with Spellbinders. The cat was stamped with white then cut out 

and foam dotted on. The bat is from a little set my friend sent me stamped in the

 grey and cut out. The the silver stars are cut out of metal..
