Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. My little sis and niece came for the weekend and that was a real blessing since we only see each other a couple times a year!Our challenge this week at Tuesday Throwdown is Brads and Eyelets.... Our sponsor is My Grafico and they sent us the great pre colored images. I started a card with all the images in layers and as I looked at them they looked like tags soooo tags to use as a bookmark they became! I also made a card to match.
My Card is layered with white aqua and coral. I used the Grafico leaf image to create the dp and stitched on then added the eyelets. There is a brad in the center of the image. It was layered with the Spellbinder scalloped rectangle. I dyed aqua ribbon to match.
The tag/bookmarkers were all embossed with different folders and then the images matted stitched and added. I put an eyelet in each hole before tying on the aqua and coral ribbons dyed to match. A brad attaches each sentiment cut out with various Spellbinders.
This past month has been difficult and I was thinking there are most likely others who have had difficult days or weeks and just don't say anything so I decided to make all these little tag/bookmarkers to give to some ladies for a little encouraging lift to their day.
